My role as Set Dresser was to support the Director's vision of creating the reclusive home of abrasive-but-loving septuagenarian Josie and her shy-but-doting son Danny, on location at an off-the-grid coastal community spot known as The Black Huts. Transforming the heavily nautical-themed AirBnB into a working-class, secluded and somewhat old-fashioned hideaway also needed to mindfully consider Josie's history as a performer in the 60's.
